Hi, I’m Eliska!
My passion lies in helping people navigate the complexities of their relationships.
How can I help you? If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that affect your relationships, or if you’re struggling to connect with those around you, I can work with you to better understand your emotional world and how it influences your interactions. Whether you’re navigating personal or romantic relationships, I’ll be by your side, offering support and practical strategies for positive change.
Over the past decade, I’ve focused on the neurophysiology of emotions, bonding, and attraction, which has shaped my approach to therapy. I specialize in relationship dynamics, and in my postdoctoral research at Leiden University, I’ve been developing communication training for high-intensity situations.
