Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a private, one-on-one setting with a therapist, designed for anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of their personal, professional, or relational experiences.
What to Expect:
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. Clients have the option to purchase single sessions or a package of 10 sessions.
Price
One session: €115 per session
Package of 10 sessions: 10% off
Couple Therapy
Couples therapy is for partners experiencing conflict, communication issues, sexual/intimacy problems, or any other relationship distress.
What to Expect:
Sessions usually last 100 minutes and are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.

€180 per session

Micro-dosing Coaching:
Receive personalized guidance and support for integrating micro-dosing into your life.
Somatic Trauma Release Therapy:
This therapy focuses on releasing stored trauma from the body through various somatic techniques.
Dating Coaching:
Whether you’re new to dating or re-entering the scene, our dating coaching helps you build confidence and develop meaningful connections.

Appointments
We offer both regular and flexible appointments. Regular appointments can be fixed at weekly, bi-weekly, or at different frequencies. We can decide on the regularity of our meetings together.
Payments
Important: If you’d like to work together, but our rate is out of your budget, please reach out. We offer sliding scale slots in my practice.
Insurance
We work as an independent practitioners and I choose to not affiliate with any health insurance provider in order to not be limited by third parties in serving the people. Although, please check with your international insurance provider to see whether any reimbursement are available.
Cancellation
Things do come up from time to time. If you need to cancel our meeting, I ask for 24 hours notice. For cancellations made after this time full session rate will be charged.
